The ARUFC 75th Anniversary Tour to Vinca in south west France is drawing near and payment is required from all those planning to travel ASAP!
Here are the details regarding the tour. Please note there is a forum set up on AshTalk where you can post any comments or question regarding the tour.
- Departure Friday 2nd May am. We will travel by bus and plane to Perpignan.
- Return on Monday 5th May pm.
- Match versus Vinca on Sunday 4th May.
- Further Vets fixture if sufficient numbers.
- The approximate overall cost is £300 for travel and accommodation.
- A non-returnable deposit of £150 secures your place on the tour (this will be used to book non-changeable flight).
- Payments are required by the end of February and can be made to Martin Fryer or Dave Bell.
- Please note that the sooner we receive payments, the lower the flights costs are likely to be.
- Cheques should be made payable to ARUFC.
